The WWE training center then began having their weekly television show on Comcast Sports and the arena held over 350 Loyal Fans. They received quick attention by local magazines and television programming from MAV TV where we had a eight week documentary done on what it was like to become a pro and train for the WWE.

While the training was done and overseen by Bill De Mott, an offer was received to hold 10 shows a year (season) at Six Flags Over Georgia where the the fans came to see all their favorites and a few surprise WWE Superstars. 

Soon after Bill was very involved in receiving deals from other TV Companies such as The Fight Network-out of Canada, as well as getting local independent wrestlers (Damien Steele, Heath Miller, Johnny Curtis ,etc…) to Signed Developmental deals.

 Bills’ “passion” and love for the sport is second to none, and he knows what needs to be done to help individuals achieve their ultimate goal!

Bill De Mott a. k. a The “Laughing Man” Hugh Morrus began his professional career in 1988 being trained by WWE Hall Of Fame Inductee The “Unpredictable” Johnny Rodz. Soon after Bill wrestled in Puerto Rico, Japan, And Mexico as CRASH The “Terminator” before coming to the U.S and joining World Championship Wrestling (WCW)as The “Man of Question”. Soon after becoming part of "The Dungeon Of Doom” and later on becoming Hugh Morrus / General Rection, leading the M*I*A (misfits in action) and capturing the United States Championship twice,Bill was soon a fan favorite and one the most recognized Superstars in WCW.

Joining World Wrestling Federation (WWE) in late 2000, Bill became the Second Superstar to be part of the historic “INVASION”. Bill then became part of the Smack Down brand and dominated his opponents. Bill was then approached by WWE Production to become the trainer of WWE / MTV’s “Tough Enough 3”- and the “Million Dollar Tough Enough”. During Bills career with WWE he has been the trainer of the young up and coming superstars in HWA (Cincinnati), OVW (Louisville) and DSW (Atlanta). Talent Included (John Cena, Randy Orton, Chris Masters, John Morrison, Melina, Umaga, Nathan Jones, Brock Lesnar, Batista,) and list continues.

Bill De Mott was “turning out” Talent and “Developing” more young Superstars for the WWE and Pro Wrestling than anyone else in the country or business. 
 While running the developmental center in McDonough, GA, Bill began training many of the young superstars that are now a valuable part of the WWE franchise, stars like;

Matt Striker, The Mizz, Great Khali, M.V.P, The Gymini, Palmer Canon, Mike Knox, Brooke Adams, Krystal Marshall, Michelle Mc Cool, The Majors Brothers, Jesse & Festus, Kid Kash, Kofi Kingston, Jake Swagger, Eric Escobar, and REFEREES-Mike Posey, John Cone

Bill was also the Color Commentator for the WWE weekend show “Velocity” and then became the voice of the DSW program on Comcast Sports for over a year while running the trainng facilty.
